What if I'm happy with my job?

 If you are happy with your current job great.  This is the best time to get to know a company with whom you would like to work in the future. There is no pressure and no time line.

By getting to know us now, you will feel comfortable picking up the phone when it is time to start looking for that next opportunity.

What do you think about those giant internet job boards?

The internet is a great tool but the job boards are warehouses and your resume (and you by extension) become a commodity in cold storage.

We are paid for our time and for results. With us, your resume will be forwarded directly to the hiring managers and either acted upon or dismissed in a timely manner–not put into the queue with every other resume which comes through the internet.

Secondly, what if your current employer views your resume online?

Lastly, do you really have the time to field calls from employers and recruiters who don't really know what you do?

No.  This is a service that we provide to individuals free of charge.  The way we collect a fee and pay our recruiters is through the companies who hire us to find quality candidates.  You are never charged for this service.
