There is no other firm in the State of Louisiana which has specialized in the fields of accounting and information technology recruiting for as long as the Personnel Consulting Group.  Our company was formed in April of 1969, with placement efforts concentrated in what was known at the time as Data Processing.   We also specialized in Accounting and Finance placement.

Since 1974, we have worked with Engineering, Geoscience and other Oil and Gas professionals.   Administrative/Clerical staffing started in 1992 when many of our clients asked us to help them to fill their growing need for strong office support help.

Our combined tenure of over 150 years of recruiting experience affords you as a career professional the ability to benefit from relationships with search consultants who themselves have built relationships throughout their tenure with corporate decision makers. One of the wonderful things about doing what we do for as long as we have is that many of the people we placed in staff level positions years ago are now decision makers having been promoted to management.

There are few things more gratifying for us than to see an individual and his/her family, not to mention a client, who has been enriched through availing themselves of our services. It's also quite exciting when they come back to us to fill a position that they have for their department. The costs for our services are paid by our client companies. We will never charge an individual for using the placement services of PCG.
