Frank joined The Personnel Consulting Group in 1979 and became partner in 1983. In 1988, he became Owner and President of the Personnel Consulting Group, one of the largest blended placement firms in the Gulf Coast area. Frank is a Past President of the American Association of Finance and Accounting. Frank received his preparatory education at New Orleans Academy in 1974 and his Bachelors of Science Degree from Louisiana State University in 1978.

Chip joined The Personnel Consulting Group in 1988 after a year as a consultant with another firm in New Orleans. He has 9 years of experience as treasurer for a construction firm as well as "Big 6" experience as an auditor with Ernst & Young. Chip graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Mississippi; he also holds a Masters of Business Administration from Loyola University of the South. Chip received his preparatory education from De LaSalle High School.

Dan joined The Personnel Consulting Group in 1992, after 7 years in public accounting with two of the largest local CPA firms in New Orleans. While in public accounting, Dan specialized in general accounting and audit. His career also includes experience as a Controller in private industry. Dan graduated from the University of New Orleans in 1984 with a BS in Accounting and received his CPA certificate in 1986. Dan received his preparatory education from Jesuit High School in New Orleans.

Michael began his career in recruiting in 1996 as a contract recruiter with a Fortune 500 firm. He recruits primarily in the engineering and technical sectors and has helped PCG to develop a full service sales and marketing recruitment division. Michael completed his Bachelors degree from UNO in 1999. He is a graduate of Grace King High School.

Judy joined The Personnel Consulting Group in 1990 as a marketing representative and works in the areas of both temporary and direct hire administrative and professional level personnel. Before joining the company, Judy worked for five and a half years at KPMG Peat Marwick and three and a half years with a New Orleans firm in the communications, marketing, public relations and administrative fields. Judy received a BS from the University of New Orleans in 1986 and served on the UNO National Alumni Association Board of Directors from 1991-1998. Currently, Judy serves on the Business Alumni Council for UNO. She is also active in the Jefferson Chamber of Commerce as well as in the New Orleans chapter of ASWA and Hospitality, Financial and Technology Professionals.

Before relocating to New Orleans he worked as a Skills & Trade Recruiter in Jacksonville, Florida. Bevan earned a Bachelors of Arts degree in Political Science from Louisiana State University in 1998. Bevan served in the Army with the 3rd Infantry Division as an Infantry Officer for 4 1/2 years.

Michael joined the Personnel Consulting Group in 2007. He was hired on to
run the downstream refinery and petrochemical efforts for the engineering and technical fields. Before recruiting, Michael has worked in the
industrial and manufacturing sales industry where he managed a business,
directly servicing refineries and petrochemical companies in the gulf south.

Billy joined the Personnel Consulting Group s an IT Recruiter in August of 2008. Prior to joining our team, Billy worked for over 9 years in the staffing industry in both IT and Telecommunications recruiting and sales. As a native of New Orleans, he prep'ed at Ridgewood High School and went on to receive his Bachelors of Science degree from the University of New Orleans. Billy is married to the former Moniques Scarborough. They have two children.

David joined The Personnel Consulting Group in 1993 to recruit in the refining and petrochemical industries. David took over the position of Operations Manager in 1998. Before joining the company, David worked for twelve years in refining as a process and process control engineer and for two years as a field service engineer for a process control equipment manufacturer. David received a BS in Chemical Engineering from Louisiana Tech University in 1979.

Joyce moved to New Orleans in June of 1988. She began working for Stafco/Legal Staffing Agency as Payroll Supervisor in December of 1988 , responsible for 11 offices in 6 states. In June of 1997 she left when the company was acquired by a national firm. Joyce joined PCG on October 2,1997 on a part-time basis for 1 year until she joined us full time and was promoted to Office Administrator.

Beth joined the PCG family in 2006 to support the accounting placement division. She was previously employed by the New Orleans Metropolitan Convention and Visitor's Bureau for nearly 13 years. While there, she worked in the Membership Department, also working closely with the Accounting Department. She began her career with NOMCVB in the Convention Sales Department. Beth is a native New Orleanian, is married,has 2 grown children and two grandchildren.
